About NextSigned

Built for the
other 97%.

97% of college athletes never monetize their NIL effectively. NextSigned was built to change that — starting with the athletes everyone else ignores.

The NIL era opened the door for college athletes to profit from their name, image, and likeness. But most platforms were built for the top 3% — the quarterbacks, the basketball stars, the viral athletes with millions of followers.

The running back at a mid-major school. The swimmer with 8,000 Instagram followers. The high school track athlete with real local influence. They were left out.

NextSigned exists for them. A direct marketplace that connects athletes at every level with brands looking for authentic partnerships — without the agency middlemen and without the 30% fees.

Two products. One mission.

What we believe.

Athletes first

The marketplace is always free to list. Athletes pay nothing until they close a deal. We make money when they make money.

Transparent fees

We charge brands a 15% platform fee on top of the agreed athlete payment. No hidden charges, no surprise deductions from the athlete's payout.

Fair market value

Every deal on NextSigned is a real commercial arrangement between an athlete and a brand — tied to content, appearances, or promotions. Never pay-for-play.

Privacy by default

Athletes control what they share. Their personal contact information is never visible to brands. Shield keeps their phone number private.

NIL compliance

NextSigned is a commercial marketplace that facilitates legitimate endorsement arrangements between athletes and brands. All deals on the platform must reflect fair market value for real deliverables and may not be contingent on an athlete's enrollment at or transfer to any specific institution. We are fully aligned with the August 1, 2026 federal NIL compliance framework.

While NIL deals are federally legal, some schools have individual disclosure requirements. Athletes are responsible for checking with their school's compliance office about any reporting obligations before signing deals. NextSigned does not provide legal or compliance advice.
